WOOSUK University (hereinafter referred to as "the Institution") informs you of how the video information processed by the Institution is used and managed through the CCTV operation and management policy.
The Institution installs and operates CCTV for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act:
※ In cases where the number of parking spaces exceeds 30, installation and operation are possible based on Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Rules of the Parking Lot Act.

To protect your video information and handle complaints related to personal video information, the following personal video information protection officer has been appointed:

- Processing Method: Records and manages matters related to the use of personal video information for purposes other than intended, provision to third parties, destruction, and requests for viewing, and permanently deletes in a way that cannot be restored after the retention period expires (for printed materials, shredding or incineration).
- Confirmation Method: You can confirm by contacting the video information management officer in advance and visiting the Institution.
- Confirmation Location: General Affairs Team Lee Youngji (290-1064)
You may request the operator of the video information processing device to view, confirm existence, or delete your personal video information at any time. However, this is limited to personal video information that clearly pertains to the urgent life, body, or property interests of the data subject. The Institution will take necessary actions without delay when a request for viewing, confirming existence, or deleting personal video information is made.
The video information processed by the Institution is securely managed through encryption measures and other methods. Additionally, the Institution has implemented management measures for personal video information protection by granting differential access rights to personal information and recording and managing the creation date and time of personal video information, as well as the purpose, viewer, and viewing time when accessed, to prevent tampering. Furthermore, physical security measures such as locks are installed for the safe storage of personal video information.
This CCTV operation and management policy was established on March 16, 2012, and if there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to the content due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, the reasons and details for the changes will be announced on the Institution's website at least 7 days prior to implementation.
